This heat and cold wrap are amazing! I suffer from severe arthritis after years of marathon running and at night the pain is unbearable. I had to use the heating pad to wrap my arm up but every time I would move around the cord would get in my way and wake me up. I tried this wrap and it works much better. I microwave the pack for 60 seconds in the microwave and wrap up my arm nice and tight and I’m able to sleep comfortable the whole night.
